I’ve spent more than twenty-five years in corporate leadership across global marketing, business management, and people strategy. Along the way I sat next to leaders at the moments that tested them: a promotion they weren’t sure they were ready for, a reorg nobody asked for, a team that had stopped trusting each other. An unanticipated job change.
That’s what I bring to our work together. My style is direct and honest, and it rests on trust. You get a place to think out loud with someone who understands how large organizations run.

I’ve spent more than twenty-five years in corporate leadership, working across global marketing, business management, and people strategy. I sat next to leaders at the moments that tested them most, and I paid attention to what helped them grow and what got in the way.
I started Hardy Executive Advisory to give leaders a place to think out loud with someone who has been in the room. My coaching is direct, candid, and it starts with trust. We work on what’s in front of you right now and build habits that hold up after we’re done.
I’m based in Minneapolis and work with leaders here in the Twin Cities and across the country.
